About There Goes the Neighborhood

The purpose of this blog is for me to get all these thoughts rolling around in my head out.  I like to help people as well, so if I accomplish helping someone, that is a bonus.

About Me

I am a 40+ married mom of 5 and grandmother of 3 (including steps). I am born and raised in the Seattle area. I am a no BS person. I will tell you the honest truth and will make no apologies for it!
I do have a day job as a school bus driver, which I have been doing for 8 years.  I have a few hobbies that I love; I have been doing genealogy for almost 30 years, I like to cross stitch and every fall I do canning.

People keep telling me that I am an excellent writer, so I am here to see what I can make of it!
